Hello, I shall ask this question in English because the answer shall benefit many.
I started this inquiry by contacting the customs office in Sweden and they led me to you and and agriculture agency. So I shall start with you.
I would like to import avocadoes into Sweden. Could you please, as one of the agencies responsible, help me with all the necessary information that I need in order to fulfill the conditions required?
The customs agency said I need a phytosanitary Certificates and CHED-PP. I have no idea about what they are and how to proceed in order to attain them?
Extremely grateful for your assistance.

Fresh avocados from any country outside EU don´t need to be border controlled by the Swedish Food Agency/Livsmedelsverket at the moment, according to the regulation (EU) 2019/1793.
The Swedish Board of Agriculture/Jordbruksverket border control fresh fruits and vegetables and check phytosanitary certificates and CHED-PP in the system TRACES.NT. Please contact the Swedish Board of Agriculture/Jordbruksverket about their rules of import.
Check with the Swedish Customs about their rules of import and make sure you register as a food company before you start the import procedure, read more about that below.
